Thank you for purchasing from Number One Lighting. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty against defects in design, materials, or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by factors outside of our control.
Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid only in Singapore Main Island and applies from the date of original purchase. It will be void if altered, defaced, or transferred.

Original invoice / proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Failure to provide it may result in denial of service.

At our discretion, Number One Lighting will repair or replace defective parts or materials.

This warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, cracks, noise, normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, stains

Power points, power plugs, or other consumables

Appliances installed 10 feet (3.05 m) or higher above the ground will incur an additional service charge.

For repairs after the warranty period, original proof of purchase is still required. Standard service and parts charges will apply.
Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover malfunctions, losses, defects, or damages resulting from:

Acts of God, fire, civil unrest, accidents, or other external events

Use of incorrect electrical supply / voltage

Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains

Improper installation, mechanical or electrical abuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or any modification to the product

Obstruction preventing access to electrical parts or components
Liability
Number One Lighting shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
