Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing from NUMBER ONE LIGHTING. Our company will be backing the warranty should our product prove to be defective by reason of faulty design, material or workmanship and not for any other reason whatsoever, we will repair, or at our option, replacement of the defective parts or material on condition that:

This warranty is valid in Singapore Main Island only for the duration from the date of original purchase, and would be void if found to be altered or defaced.
Original invoice / purchase is required to be presented to us when requesting warranty service. Failing which the company reserves the right to decline any warranty claims.
In no event shall NUMBER ONE LIGHTING be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Any scratches, dents, cracks, noise, normal wear and tear, corrosion and deterioration, rusting, stains, power point and power plug are not covered under warranty.
An additional service charge shall be imposed for appliance which are installed 10 feet/3.05m above from ground.
For repairs of appliance(s) after the warranty period, the customer is still required to produce the original invoice / purchase. A standard rate will be chargeable for all services and parts provided which is determined by NUMBER ONE LIGHTING.

This warranty shall be subjected to the following limitations and exclusions:

Malfunctions, losses, defects, or damages resulting from acts of god, fore, civil unrest and or accidents
Usage of wrong electrical supply / voltage
Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains
Defects, malfunctions or failures which were caused by improper installation, external mechanical, physical, electrical, water or other abuses unauthorized repairs, mishandling and any alteration or modification made.
Obstruction caused to access electrical parts / product
